Trax feat. Herbie Hancock/Christina Aguilera, Blue Magic, Cleveland Eaton, Roland Clark/Urban Soul

A Song for you  –  Herbie Hancock feat. Christina Aguilera (Leon Russell, composer of this song recently passed away and as a tribute here are two titans  Herbie – a past Miles Davis protege’ & Christina – an “Enfant Terrible” of the new R & B genre who so say that she couldn’t sing)

We’re on the right track  –  Blue Magic (This is a “track” that will not fall asleep and die as the writers/producers so believe in it – released in ’73 then ’75 by two different artists … Blue Magic were a five guys assigned to WMOT productions and released on Atlantic Records)

Keep it funky  –  Cleveland Eaton (Originally released as “Cleveland Eaton & The Kats” on Cleanthair Records then rereleased on Gamble – a division of Kenneth Gamble & Leon Huff music enterprises … Cleveland later recorded for the iconic “Black Jazz Records”)

President House  – Roland Clark presents Urban Soul (Roland Clark first turned up on an Atlantic 12 inch in ’87 – which was the warm for his King Street releases … although this trak was a stand single, it did have an album release in Japan)
