I can write a love song  –  Mighty Fire (Recruited by former Motown staff writer/producer Mel Bolton … originally a self-contained ten piece before dwindling down to a five who then recorded as ‘Flakes’ for My Disc/Salsoul Records … written by Marilyn McLeod and Pam Sawyer of “Love hangover – Diana Ross” fame)

Skateboard  –  Chemistry (As the ‘skateboard’ craze gathered momentum New York’s Masterpiece Records released this Disco nugget inspired  by said craze…  co-written & produced by Trumpeteer/Arranger Otto Gomez)

Fascinating you  –  Brass Construction (Previously known as ‘The Dynamic Souls’ this nine piece self-contained Funk band headed by writer/arranger/producer Randy Muller – assigned to United Artists after a previous single on Docc Records – from the album “Renegades”)

I’m gonna dance tonight  –  Paul Johnson (Chicago-an Paul Johnson released a plethora of singles on a variety of his home City’s labels … he blasted overground with this ‘undergound’ masterpiece … from the album ‘The Groove i have’ on “Moody Recordings”)

Must be the way you love me – Edmond Daniels (Released on Society Hill Records of Philadelphia & produced by Butch Ingram … written by John – brother of Butch who are part of the Ingram family as in ‘Ingram Kingdom’ & ‘Ingram’ – which also included sister Barbara of “The Sweethearts of Sigma”)

I heard it in a love song – McFadden & Whitehead (Gene & John were part of ‘Talk of the Town’ who released trax on “North Bay Records – rumoured to be the test-bed for ‘Philadelphia International’ … they became in-house writers/producers before becoming International artists in their own right)

Us – Les McCann (Pianist/vocalist recording primarily for Pacific Jazz Records before moving to Atlantic via a short sojourn via smaller labels – known for discovering Roberta Flack and pairing with Eddie Harris … from the album ‘Hustle to survive’)
