In the Forest  –  Baby O (Co-written and arranged by Greg Mathieson known for work with Donna Summer & Paul Jabara amongst others … released on “Baby O Music Enterprises & released in the U.K. on ‘Calibre Records’)

Tail Gunner  –  Jimmy McGriff (Jazz Organist Jimmy moved into Jazz-Funk for his ‘Lester Radio Corporation’ trax – from the album of the same name  … McGriff has recorded for Sonny Lester’s previous labels which includes Solid State & Groove Merchant Records)

Why we sing  –  Kenny & Friends (This is a re-interpretation and re-named of the Gospel standard ‘His eyes is on the Sparrow’ … released on New Jersey’s ‘Equip Records’ which was primarily a vehicle for Kenny Bobien’s musical output)

Lady Champagne  –  Ritchie Family ( Released within a medley and produced by Jacques Morali (Village People) … recorded at Sigma Sound Studios, Philadelphia – featuring the uncredited musicians of MFSB/Salsoul Orchestra & vocals by of ‘The Sweethearts of Sigma’ Barbara Ingram,Carla Benson & Evette Benton)

Gloryhallastoopid (Pin the tail on the funky)  –  Parliament (Parliament’s head honcho George Clinton signed with Neil Bogart’s Casablanca Records after a short sojourn with Holland, Dozier,  Holland’ Invictus Records … from the album of the same name)

Jibaro  –  Electra (With the invasion of ‘House Music’ in the U.K. –  Local Djs, writers & producers  decided to produce their version of this Chicago-an musical phenomenon – inspired by trax of the same name by ‘Elkin & Nelson’ … produced by Phil Harding & Ian Curnow, released by FFRR Records)

Erotic Soul  –  Larry Page Orchestra (Primarily a ‘covers band’ … written by Charles Blackwell and released by ‘Penny Farthing in U.K. and license to ‘London Records in the U.S. – remixed for 12 inch edition)

Najee’s Nasty Groove  –  Najee (Inspired by Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis’s work with Janet Jackson … Saxophonist Najee was part of Orpheus Productions where his trax were released on EMI-Manhattan Records – from the album ‘Day by Day’)

Bring it on  –  N’Dea Davenport (N’dea is a U.S. singer who was on /off lead vocalist with U.K. Funk band ‘Brand New Heavies’ after they toured the U.S. where they were signed to Delicious Vinyl Records … pacted with V2 Records in the U.K  – this trak was remixed by ‘Grammy’ winner Hex Hector)
