Money  –  Rosebud (Cover version of Pink Floyd’s trak from their million selling “Dark side of the Moon” album … recorded in Italy however featuring predominately French musicians – vocals by Miss X)

Peanut butter and Jam  –  Search (Consisting of Les Paul Rogue, Mike Jude, Jeff Dudley & James Campbell were members of Search who was the first artists of Philly World Records  – owned by Peter Pelullo who also owner Alpha International Studios one of the most renowned in Philadelphia)

Sweet in the morning  –  Project Sound (Project Sound are/were Cevin Fisher and Cliff Saint-Cyr which was one of their various pseudonyms – vocal sample ‘inspired by Bobby McFerrin trak of the same name … released on New York’s Hardtrax Records)

Trax feat. : Brainstorm, Freda Payne, Donald Byrd, Chantay Savage

This must be heaven  –  Brainstorm (Originally from Detroit U.S.A. – Brainstorm were assigned to Tabu Records by music mogul/entrepreneur Clarence Avant where their first album Stormin’ was released … band members includes Belita Woods, Lamont Johnson & Charles Overton – produced by Jerry Peters)

Love Magnet  –  Freda Payne (Signed to hit-making trio – former Motown writers “Holland, Dozier, Holland”s Invictus Records label where she had a monster hit before moving on … from her  Capitol Records’ long player ‘Stares and Whispers”)

Change (makes you want to hustle)  –  Donald Byrd (Trumpeter Donald played with the most of the musicians who are now classed as “The Jazz Greats” whilst at the same time musically ‘not standing still’ … one of the longing standing artists on Jazz label ‘Blue Note’ where he helped create Jazz-Funk & Jazz-Fusion)

I will survive  –  Chantay Savage (Gloria Gaynor’s signature tune was re-resurrected for the House/Garage fans … fellow Chicago-an Steve ‘Silk’ Hurley produced and remixed this nine minutes plus opus – written by Freddie Perren & Dino Fekaris)

Disco Hop  –  Third World Band (Musical maverick writer/arranger/producer Tommy Stewart because as Disco beats grew faster, Tommy’s became slower  – Disco Hop mentioning a couple of dance trax/crazes including ‘Boogie Down’ & ‘The Hustle’ … released on Chicago’s “Abraxas Records)

Bullet Proof  –  George Clinton (After George temporarily put his various Groups/Acts to sleep – he was assigned to Capitol Records as a solo artists although some of the same musicians from his groups were part of the line-up … from the album “Some of my best jokes are friends)

Higher  –  Butch Quick (With the ‘Strictly Rhythm’ sprayed on a brick wall – this design/logo became the identity of New York’s brand of House Music … background vocals courtesy of up and coming Althea McQueen plus Barbara Tucker)
