No one’s home  –  Lalo Schifrin (Released on Clarence Avant’s ‘Tabu Records’ – this trak has become something of an underground Jazz-Funk classic … Clarence was previously Lalo’s manager even before he started Sussex Records and discovered Bill Withers)

Things just ain’t the same  –  Deborah Cox (Canadian vocal explosion settled at Clive Davis’s Arista/J Records … Grammy Award Winning Dj Hex Hector was at the helm of this remix)

The Zip  – MFSB (The ‘Sigma Sound’ session musicians who played on most artists albums out of said studio – these are some of the men who invented Disco  … Dj Sneak used this trak as an inspiration for his ‘E.P.’ on Strictly Rhythm)

East of 6th Street  –  Aquariun Dream (Titled ‘Norman Connors presents Aquarian Dream recorded just one album for Buddah Records before hotfooting to Elektra … featuring keyboard player Jacques Burvick although this trak was written by Dwight Webster)

Her  –  Even if you’re sad (Vocals courtesy of the wonderfully talented Michelle Weeks … released as a single on (never heard of) Dance Baby Records)

Fire Island  –  Village People (Trak from their self-titled first album … this was a studio concept from the mind of Jacques Morali and the only Village Person was the lead vocalist Victor Willis)

Brazilia – John Klemmer (American saxophonist John’s last album for ABC Records featuring such heavyweights as Lenny White,Paulinho Da Costa & Airto Moreira)

Philadelphia  –  Brooklyn Friends (Sounds like it started as a jam session inspired by ‘Love is the message – MFSB’ and progressed … written and produced by “The Boss : David Morales”)
