If i had a chance – Chuck Cissel with Marva King (Chuck was one of the original member of the Broadway show “A Chorus Line” – signing to Clive Davis’s Arista Records – this is the title trak … Marva is a singer/songwriter and label owner who is known for working with Stevie Wonder & Prince)

Is it it – Peter Jacques Band (Named after Fred Jacques Petrus – this waste of their lesser known studio band which as usual was recorded in Italy and vocals and mixing added in New York … originally released on Italian’s “Goody Goody Music”)

The Sound Table – Cameo (Leader Larry Blackmon was part of a self-contained band which included Gwen Guthrie & Pat Grant who wrote ‘Supernatural Thing’ … for a short while they were known as “The Players” before choosing the moniker ‘Cameo’ from the album “Knights of the Sound Table on Chocolate City Records)

Thinkin’ of you – Bobby D’Ambrosio ( As part of the “Definity Records” family which also included David Morales & Frankie Knuckles … mainly a vocal filled album although the trak listing varied from the U.S. cd compared to it’s German counterpart – available as a triple vinyl album)

You bring me joy  –  Norman Connors feat. Miss Adaritha (Drummer Norman signed with Cobblestone  before moving unto Buddha Records … written by David Lasley – a former session singer who worked with Luther Vandross, Patti Austin et al)

Cisselin’ Hot  –  Chuck Cissel (Chuck starred on the original Broadway show ‘A Chorus Line’ … he also wrote the trak which was produced by Skip Scarborough  – … from the album “Just for you” on Arista Records)

Turn me up  –  Keith Barrow (Keith was part of the group ‘The Hi-Lites’ who recorded for Invictus Records before going solo … signed to Colombia after Jewel Records where he released “Physical Attraction” album – produced by Michael Stokes)

Let it roll  –  Doug Lazy (Originally released as ‘Raze presents Doug Lazy’ it was re-released & featured on ‘Doug Lazy Getting’ Crazy’ long player on Atlantic Records … he was also the featured Rapper on Little Louie Vega & Marc Anthony’s album “When the night is over”)

Cisselin’ Hot  –  Chuck Cissel (There only one way to describe this Cisselin’ … he also had to be pretty talented to write a song based around his name)

Turn me up – Keith Barrow (This man crossed the boundaries of Soul, Disco & Funk and if he lived long enough i’m sure he would’ve included Garage/House in his repertoire … he succeeded 3 out of 4 of our musical genres … since been released on cd)

Let it roll  –  Doug Lazy  (Hip-hop music gets a house beat hence the sub-genre Hip-house)
