Pete’s Crusade  –  Light of the World (Named after a “Kool & The Gang” album of the same name (minus the ‘s’)… these London boys help create the genre that became known as ‘Jazz Funk’ … signed to the newly formed Ensign Records by owner Chris Hills)

Cameosis  –  Cameo (Cameo leader Larry Blackmon was in the band ‘East Coast’ with Gwen Guthrie & Pat Grant – assigned to Neil Bogart’s Casablanca Records sub-division “Chocolate City” – from the album of the same name)

Never miss the water  –  Chaka Khan (Chicago born Yvette Stevens also known as Chaka Khan released a greatest hits album called “Epiphany” which also included added trax which featured Me’shell Ndegeocello … remixed by Frankie Knuckles on Reprise Records)
