Fug – Cymande (Based in London, England where Cymande fused Funk, Soul, Rock & other musical genres to get their original sound … from their album “Second time around” – released on Janus Records in the U.S.A)

Don’t ever give up – Modu presents Innervisions feat. Melonie Daniels (Released on Frankie Felicano’s Ricanstrucian Records … written Duane Harden & co-produced Moises Modestro & Duane Harden)

Count the ways – The Persuaders (Moving from Atlantic to Noel Calla’s Calla Records, The Persuaders went to work with producers Norman Harris & Robert Curington – … trax were written by primarily by various Philadelphian’s song-smiths)

We got the funk   –  J-Funk Express (Including in the line-up are former James Brown’s lieutenants’ Dave Matthews, Fred Wesley & Maceo Parker as members J-F E are a Funk band – trak was ‘inspired a trak by Positive Force of the same with a Rap vocal … released on Germany’s “101 Records”)

Soul food  –  Dr. Bob Jones presents The Interns (Written by Robert Easter also known as Bob Jones & released on his own “Chillifunk Records” based in London … arranged by both Tom Davidson & Bob Jones)
