Love is the answer – Van McCoy (Originally released as a 7 inch single in 74 and later remixed and re-released as a promotional 12 inch backed/with The Softones … Van was a writer/producer/arranger who earlier wrote hits for such luminaries as The Marvelettes, Barbara Lewis and ‘Faith, Hope & Charity’ amongst others)

Don’t overlook this feeling – Sunbear (Their only self-titled album was released on “Soul Train Records” which was a label headed by both Soul Train supremo Don Cornelius & promoter Dick Griffey – quite often described as a lesser known ‘Earth, Wind & Fire’ … it was later re-released on cd by Canada’s “Unidisc Records”)

Critical – Wall of Sound feat. Gerald Latham (Wall of Sound are/were John Caifone & Lem Springfield who are more well known as “Mood 11 Swing” which was released on New York’s ‘Eightball Records’ … Gerald Latham was also their vocalist as ‘Club Kidds’)
